About Montana Jobs Network
Montana Jobs Network empowers Montanans to launch high-paying, high-growth careers.
WHO: Youth ages 10 to 22 and young professionals under 40.
WHAT: Jobs in high-paying fields with good opportunities to advance.
WHERE: All of Montana, including cities, small towns, rural and tribal communities.
WHY: So our kids and grandkids can stay and thrive in Montana.
Montana Jobs Network (MJN) was established in 2001 as a 501(c)3 charitable nonprofit to promote skilled workforce development in Montana, and in 2023 became affiliated with the Montana High Tech Business Alliance (MHTBA). Montana Jobs Network shares staff and resources with the MHTBA, but is governed by an independent board of directors. MJN board members listen to the needs of the business community and future workers, help guide the strategic vision, and act as responsible stewards of the organization’s assets.
