Kelly Schwager, Board Chair
Vice President, Global Communications for Oracle, Columbia Falls
Kelly Schwager currently serves as Vice President, Global Communications for Oracle. Previously, Kelly served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for Edelman, the largest public relations firm in the world. Edelman Silicon Valley represented brands including Adobe, eBay, HP, GE, Juniper Networks, and Samsung. Prior, Kelly held various leadership roles with tech players including SAP, Streetline, Symantec, VERITAS, and USWeb.
Kelly has served as Board Chair of the Montana High Tech Business Alliance since May of 2019.
Cynthia Bradford-Lencioni
Founder and CEO, Minerva Growth Group, Bozeman
Cynthia Bradford Lencioni is founder and CEO of Minerva Growth Group, a Bozeman-based consulting firm advising high-tech and professional services businesses from early-stage to accelerating and scaling. She is currently the Chief Business Development Officer (fractional) at DocSide, a healthtech startup. Cynthia previously spent ten years as COO and EVP of Global Business at Pulsara in Bozeman, a healthcare logistics and communication platform. She also served as Chief of Staff at Stanford’s School of Medicine. Cynthia earned her JD from Stanford and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Chiricahua Apache tribe.
Randy Chesler
President and CEO, Glacier Bancorp, Kalispell
Randy Chesler has served as President/CEO of Glacier Bancorp, the largest publicly traded company in Montana ($13 billion), for nearly 5 years. Glacier Bank has 16 Divisions in 8 states in the Rocky Mountain region, including Kalispell, Missoula, Helena, Bozeman, Billings, and Lewistown. Randy brings over 30 years of experience in financial services and technology, serving as an executive in large corporations like Citi and Visa and as CEO of a San Francisco FinTech startup that was acquired. Randy also serves on the board of the Glacier Park Conservancy.
Derek Eaton
Managing Director Business Development, IIInigence LLC, Billings
Derek Eaton is currently Managing Director Business Development for Illnigence LLC. He previously served as Managing Director for Triple2Digital, a full-service digital agency specializing in creating software, hardware, and managed services solutions. He spent the last 10 years in technical sales account management roles for IT companies throughout Montana after earning a Network Engineering degree from MSU-Billings. Derek spent his early professional career in insurance. A 7th-generation Eastern Montanan, Derek worked closely with Big Sky Economic Development to help form the Yellowstone Tech Alliance, a group working to grow the capabilities of technology firms in Eastern Montana and attract talent and businesses to the region. He is also a board member for STEM Yellowstone.
Devin Gray
Director of Engineering, Figure, Great Falls
Devin Gray is the Director of Engineering at Figure, a financial technology company bringing speed, efficiency, and savings to both consumers and institutions. He works remotely out of his home in Great Falls. Devin previously held senior engineering leadership roles for Bozeman-area software companies including Brightvine, Land id™, Figure Technologies, Workiva, and RightNow/Oracle where he earned the Spirit of RightNow award for his work. Devin earned Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Computer Science from Montana State University (MSU). He teaches computer science courses at MSU and serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the Gianforte School of Computing. Devin also served on the External Advisory Council for the Honors College at MSU and is on the Advisory Board for Computer Tech at Great Falls College - MSU.
Allison Johnston
CFO, Marsh McLennan Agency, Missoula
Allison Johnston has served as Chief Financial Officer of Marsh McLennan Agency (formerly PayneWest Insurance), a Missoula-based insurance broker, since 2015. Allison brings 20+ years of experience in financial services and insurance, including leadership roles at First Interstate Bank, KPMG, and Deloitte. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Carroll College and a master’s in Accounting from Montana State University – Bozeman.
Allison is a graduate of the Leadership Montana class of 2012, served on the Board of Advisors for the UM Bureau of Business and Economic Research and currently serves on the Board of MoFi, a Community Development Finance Institution for the Northern Rockies.
David Mayer
CEO, Endpoint Utility Corp, Kalispell
David Mayer is CEO of Endpoint Utility Corp in Kalispell, an IT services firm bringing reliable on-demand tech support to small and mid-sized companies. Before launching Endpoint with three co-founders in 2021, David spent more than 25 years in IT leadership roles for companies including Microsoft and Insight. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Finance from Illinois State University.
David has served on the Montana High Tech Business Alliance Workforce Committee since 2021 and is an organizer for the newly formed MHTBA Flathead Local Chapter. He was previously a member of the Board of Directors for Goodwill of Central Arizona.
Josh Spitzer
COO, onX, Bozeman
Josh Spitzer has been COO of outdoor technology company onXmaps (onX) since May 2016. He was previously CEO, COO, and CFO of Schedulicity. Josh also has 10+ years of experience as a strategic consultant helping tech companies scale and attract investment. He holds a B.A. in English from Cornell University and an MBA from Stanford University.
Josh serves as treasurer of the Southwest Montana Mountain Bike Association. He has also been a long-time supporter of the MHTBA, hosting a dinner for potential members in Bozeman when the organization launched in 2014.
Tom Stergios
Founder, Craton Consulting, Missoula
Tom Stergios is a consultant and career builder with more than 30 years of experience delivering solutions for clients. He holds a BS in finance from Santa Clara University. Tom started his career at Accenture and followed that with exciting professional chapters at Presidio Consulting, IBM, Cygent, and Convergys before launching a career with ATG.
Tom's time at ATG was highlighted by the creation of the Missoula Solution Center in 2011, which grew to 300 consultants working with more than 150 clients around the world. After departing ATG Cognizant in 2023 and spending the summer fishing, Tom created Craton Consulting to begin his next chapter in consulting and talent creation excellence.
