Growing up in Joliet, Montana, Martin developed diverse interests, from football to theater. Influenced by his mother’s dedication as a nurse from Helena and his father’s craftsmanship from Dublin, Ireland, he learned the values of empathy and precision. This foundation—combined with his early passion for storytelling—shaped his approach to law: understanding the story and crafting compelling legal narratives and strategies. His practice includes intellectual property, software, and related litigation. He also dedicates time to complex litigation, including class actions.
