Matt’s practice includes all legal matters associated with federal contracting. His first job out of law school was to clerk for the Honorable Julie A. Robinson at the U.S. District Court District of Kansas. Matt graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Anthropology and History. He earned a juris doctorate and a master’s degree from the University of Kansas.
