Montana High Tech Business Alliance Annual Member Meeting & Reception

After a virtual year in 2020, the MHTBA will hold our annual member meeting on Oct. 6, 2021 at 4 p.m. at the new AC Hotel meeting room in downtown Missoula (and Zoom). Afterwards we'll head around the block for a member reception hosted by First Interstate Bank from 5 to 7 p.m.

ANNUAL MEETING: OCT. 6, 4-5 PM

WHAT:  Annual Meeting for Montana High Tech Business Alliance members. All paying members are invited to send a representative. 

WHEN: Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021, 4:00-5:00 p.m. Doors open at 3:30 p.m.

WHERE: In-person - AC Hotel Missoula Downtown, 175 N. Pattee Street, Missoula, Montana 59802 (new hotel on Missoula Mercantile block), meeting room. Click here for a map. Parking is available off-street and in the downtown parking garages.

Virtual - The Annual Meeting will also be open to virtual attendees in Zoom. Link will be emailed to those who register to attend virtually.

MEMBER RECEPTION: OCT. 6, 5-7 PM

WHAT: Networking for Montana High Tech Business Alliance members. Beer, wine, and appetizers will be served.

WHEN: Wednesday, October 6, 2021, 5:00-7:00 p.m.

WHERE: First Interstate Bank, 101 E Front St, Missoula, MT 59801, lower level Training Center (use Higgins Street entrance). Click here for a map.

To support the health and safety of our community, we will be limiting the size of our events and encouraging guests to wear masks and practice social distancing. 

For the reception, the number of guests per organization is based on membership level:

  • $5,000 Platinum (10 guests)

  • $2,500 Gold (7 guests)

  • $1,000 Silver (5 guests)

  • $500 Bronze (3 guests)

  • $100 Startup (2 guests)

  • $50-250 Emerging Professional and Industry Professional (1 guest)
