WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE EVENT:
This first half of this program is designed around the concept that a Manager/Supervisor needs to learn to lead as opposed to just manage. The seminar will explore the idea of how to put people first, which ultimately leads to keeping productivity and motivation high. The program shows the value of creating a caring environment where individuals are given the opportunity to thrive.
The second half of this workshop focuses on the skills needed to successfully build and maintain a productive employee framework. Participants will gain a better understanding of team dynamics through group exercises, discussion, and roleplaying. Issues will be identified related directly to participants’ experiences in a hands-on and participative setting.
