Ebon Coffee Collective | Coffee Shop – 2035, 2712 2nd Ave N – (406) 839-2030 – Open 7AM–4:30PM- Ebon is a multi-roaster cafe and bakery in the heart of downtown Billings. The Burger Dive – 114 N 27th St. – (406) 281-8291 – Open 10:30AM–4PM – Owner and chef Brad Halsten and general manager Andi Halsten have satisfied area burger cravings since 2010. Halsten even took the top prize at the 2014 Burger Bash hosted by Rachel Ray for his “Blackened Sabbath Burger.” – L/D map

Rocket: Gourmet Wraps & Sodas: – 2809 1st Ave N – (406) 248-5231 – Open 10AM–3PM – Rockets’ menu features more than a dozen wraps, served in locally made tortillas, including a gluten-free option. Open downtown since 1998, they’re also known for their salads (the Saigon is a crowd favorite) and their handcrafted sodas in flavors like root beer and grapefruit. -L map

Local Kitchen & Bar – 1430 Country Manor Blvd – (406) 534-8601 – Open 4–10PM -The restaurant doesn’t just serve up locally sourced ingredients. It also pays employees to volunteer, donates 100% of proceeds to charity one day a month, and features local artwork. Carter’s Brewing – 2526 Montana Ave – (406) 252-0663 – Open 4–8PM -Owner and Brew Master Michael Uhrich named Carter’s for his son, when the brewery opened in 2007 shortly after the baby’s birth. Consistently faring well at the North American Beer Awards, Carter’s beers are on tap at the brewery, located near the bustling energy of the train tracks. – L/D map

Trailhead Spirits – 1400 S 24th St W – (406) 969-1627 – Open 1–8PM – Trailhead Spirits is a small batch, craft distillery that produces award-winning spirits from grains sourced from their family farm in Highwood, Montana. They are well known for their vodka, gins, and whiskeys. – map

Montana Brewing Company – 2043, 113 N Broadway – (406) 252-9200 – Open 11AM–2AM – In 1994 they combined the concepts of a small brewery, saloon and a restaurant to bring you a new and unique dining experience. Angry Hank’s Micro Brewery – 20 N 30th St – (406) 252-3370 – Open 4–8PM – Our beer is made with water sourced from the largest free-flowing river in the country, yeast grown in-house, and Montana-grown barley malted in Great Falls. Hank’s hops come from Washington’s Yakima Valley. Everything is done in-house, from the milling to the packaging. – map
