Our Customer Account Management team focuses on the customer and strives for operational excellence in servicing mortgage loans and home equity products for our customers.
SHIFT: 8 am-5 pm MST, Monday-Friday, with the ability to support overtime required to meet Service Level Agreement.

The Wells Fargo Cash Management Team supports exception transactions within the Wells Fargo Loan Servicing Center.
Working in a fast-paced team environment, the Cash Management Team is responsible for performing complex to moderately complex tasks associated with the processing of monetary work.
The Wells Fargo Cash Management Team supports exception payments and collection payment processing within the Wells Fargo Loan Servicing Center. Working in a fast-paced team environment, the Cash Management Team is responsible for performing complex to moderately complex tasks associated with the processing of monetary work. The LSS 4 is responsible for primarily approving pay/no pay decisions, while also processing the daily 365 exceptions report, Daily Group Payment Report, default/foreclosure payments and processing tasks. The LSS 4 will interact with team members and managers regarding processing questions or workflow, as well as escalations from business partners and customers.

Other duties include:

•Work with project efforts related to procedures by attending conference calls and/or meetings
•May work to create or complete procedure updates
•General oversight of incoming workflow and assist with managing daily team workflow
- 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment demonstrated through work or military experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of Home Equity process
Experience working with reverse and reapply transactions
Experience working with ECAR, SHAW, PAC 2000, CLAUDE, and HOGAN
Experience working on project efforts related to procedures by attending conference calls and/or meetings
Experience such as general oversight of incoming workflow and assist with managing daily team workflow
Knowledge and understanding of cash management environment
Experience using business knowledge and critical thinking skills to deliver and understand upstream and downstream impacts
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo’s compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
